BUG: Combo box Projection

Description
In Insight, reported by @rleigh:
In the viewer projection tab, the Maximum/Mean? dropdown combobox does not support click-drag-release to select the desired setting like for normal menus and all other comboboxes. Instead it requires click to open, and then click the select, otherwise it does nothing, which is quite confusing since it's a bit counter to normal expectation.

Works when exactly the arrows are clicked to the right-of the combo-box, if just the text is clicked, then the behaviour is as described by RL
