Fixed with: ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/823

A new build is not yet available; the daily build (from Fiji's Bio-Formats 5 update site) can be used once the above pull request is shown as being closed. This will also be included in the upcoming 5.0.0-beta2 release.
