Description
This file needs to be updated to reflect that the upgrade script will be available to go from 4.4.x to 5.0.0-beta2 AND to make sure all the instructions are as good as we can make them etc as this will be critical documentation for uptake of 5-beta2

I am not sure how this fits in with all the |previousversion|, |version| stuff but for the "Run the upgrade script" section it is good to know that,
- OMERO4.4__0 is the 4.4 line
- OMERO5.0DEV__6 is FS beta 1
- OMERO5.0__0 is FS beta 2.
To upgrade FS beta 1 to beta 2 one uses the OMERO5.0__0/OMERO5.0DEV__6.sql. Or, to upgrade from 4.4 straight up to FS beta 2, one uses the OMERO5.0__0/OMERO4.4__0.sql script. (After the "<" in the psql command the pattern is "to/from".)
An important thing to note is that the images from MIFs imported under 4.4 will in many ways remain as separate as they were with 4.4. The way that images from the same fileset are linked (e.g., must all remain in the same group) in FS will not apply to pre-FS images imported before the upgrade. (Perhaps for archived imports one could download and re-import them though, if one wanted them so linked.)

As discussed with Josh, a couple of links could be added to the server upgrade page to cover advanced configuration.
A classic example are the JVM memory settings which need to be reapplied after upgrade http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4/sysadmins/unix/server-installation.html?highlight=memory#jvm-memory-settings
