Improved user guides for scripts

Description
In general, the recent demos are indicating that people want the functionality of the scripts but don't know how to use them. Further user guidance would be helpful.
Particularly a simple straight forward guide for what figure scripts produce which style of figure (current list is somewhat hidden under exporting images using scripts).
(Also, current guide is not really detailed enough - I didn't realise 'batch image export' could export individual images from a time series, and the screenshot isn't really big enough for you to be able to see clearly that you can specify a range of t values etc).
