Description

We only have one set of pixels per image. In order to speed up the annotation retrieval for images. The Archived Annotation should be linked to an Image and not to the Pixels.

For existing annotation, it will be necessary to update the DB.
The name space of the Archived Annotation i.e. boolean annotation is declared in Constants.ice

Importer is now using the Image "archived" attribute in r3868.
