Description

Add a debug mode to xsd-fu (debug option). When enabled, emit diagnostic and debug information in the generated code. If not in debug mode, suppress the output. This will give "clean" and readable generated sources for normal builds.

Also consider adding an xsd-fu debug property/flag for ant and cmake.
