Attempt to improve metadata exported from ImageJ

Description
For the most part, the metadata used when exporting in ImageJ is left untouched from what it was on import. Any cropping, deletion of planes, etc. is ignored aside from resetting Size{X, Y, Z, C, T}.
As much as possible, it would be nice to remove or reset e.g. Plane, Channel, TiffData?, and ModuloAlong?* values as appropriate. Covering all possible cases is probably not feasible, but some common cases can be covered.
