Description

Interact with the partners tool (FLIMfit, U-track, MPTools) using the Open With approach
The known partners should be listed in a top menu so users known that they are available

Should this be moved out of 5.1?

Some tasks are already done, I will need to reactivate the branch. Certainly some doable for 5.1.0 but not all.
