Few things to do to get OMERO.figure tested on howe and then deployed on nightshade.
- Rename to OMERO.figure #11906
- Test that it can be installed on 4.4.10 (see #11800)
- Howe job needs to do the install, as described on https://github.com/will-moore/omero_figure
