Description
Though hard-coding a user/password into fs is feasible, it would be optimal for system administrators to have blitz provide fs with an active session (Less configuration and fewer passwords in plaintext).

Currently fs gets a session from a blitz manager. A more formal handshake is desirable and may well be needed once fs becomes distributed.

Colin, I don't know if you feel we need more in the way of handshakes for configuration, etc., but the internal_service_factory() method is a fairly good solution for the moment. I have a note around here to generalize it just a bit, but that's for all the server components, not just FS.

Okay Josh. This seems okay for the moment. I'll close this specific ticket for 4.1.
Colin, I'm pushing this to you for scheduling.
