Bug: need a couple of tries to expand users in tree view

Description

At the moment with the 5.0 merge build:

  1. open Insight
  2. connect to gretzky as user-1
  3. select to show all the users in the tree view
  4. double-click users to expand nodes

I find that some of the nodes say "Loading..." then don't expand. When I try again, I get the expected "Orphaned Images" underneath.
