BUG: z and T movie

Description

In Insight, on RC2 of 5.0.0 during pre-release 5.0.0 testing reported by @spli. See line 30 in the gdoc ​https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AoKiTAl8UOxndENSQmdFYk9kWTd0cm8yM1k2UjRmNEE&usp=drive_web#gid=13.

Simon:

  1. View Image, 1.2: Click play T on a multi-T image multi-Z, the slider progresses but the image doesn't update. Click play Z, nothing happens. Image: 20903, IAGFP-Noc01_R3D.dv.

I could repeat this on SMN10ul03_R3D_D3D.dv with multi T as reported by Simon and the z-problem was the same as reported by simon on very_small.d3d.dv (movie does not play at all).

All done on Gretzky, port 4064, me: user-4, Simon: user-1
