Sort images by timestamp (not date)

Description

In the main web window, viewing a dataset, sorting the files by date does not work correctly. Unlike Insight, which sorts by timestamp, the web viewer only sorts by date (i.e. the granularity is days, not seconds). This means you can't sort the images in acquisition order.
