Indexer occasionally gets stuck in an inconsistent transaction state

Description

With an excess of 3000+ file attachments all attached to the same image, the full text indexer process will still sometimes get stuck. By setting logging on "ome.services.fulltext" and "ome.services.eventlogs" to "DEBUG" I was able to generate the attached Indexer-0.log that shows a stack trace of this occurring.

Logging in to Postgres as a admin user and forcefully terminating the transaction in question does unstick the indexer.
