Clarify confusing links for UNIX server installation

The multiple links to the misc. walkthroughs can be confusing and do not expose the main installation page as the default instructions page. Arguably a short introductory paragraph may help the reader. Furthermore, some of the see also link are fairly deprecated and untested and may be removed.

Fix pushed which relegates the walkthroughs to sub-pages linked from the main installation doc, rather than exposing them in main menu, and removes old see also links.
