Description
On my LSC-imaged Windows 7 notebook, if I download a 5.0.0 client or Insight zip artifact and double-click on an executable, it works just fine but its first act is to create me an error file in the same directory containing something like,
Feb 25, 2014 10:48:58 AM java.util.prefs.WindowsPreferences <init> WARNING: Could not open/create prefs root node Software\JavaSoft\Prefs at root 0x80000002. Windows RegCreateKeyEx(...) returned error code 5.
which looks a bit unfortunate as a first impression.
