BUG: Split channel not displaying in Web on Nightshade

Description
Split Channel not working in web client on Nightshade - getting "Loading … " message and no image.
Tested with different DVs in different groups.
Does work in Insight on Nightshade (5.0.0)
Have tested on trout (5.1) and it is working normally there.

After a restart of OMERO.web, it worked.

Can you please re-test? That's Nightshade's Pil/low installation hopefully fixed.
