Rendering settings handling has been greatly overhauled; haven't seen this bug anymore since, closing ticket.

Apparently it's still there, but still don't know how to replicate.

Replicate: Open two (or more) images in the full image viewer (i. e. at least two image viewer windows open), 'paste and save' rendering settings onto multiple images (including the open ones).
