Bug: web: remove user's last group leaves field empty

Description

From ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/2132#issuecomment-36506000 in removing a user's last group in web admin:

I go to Edit User and remove the last group and hit Save, I do get the warning but the Groups field remains empty even after a refresh. If I hit Cancel, select the user and go back to editing them, their Groups field has that last group in it again.
