C++: Document differences from the Java API and basic idioms for use

Description
This would provide a higher-level view than the Doxygen API reference, i.e. a guide for how to use the C++ API for:
- someone already familiar with the Java API
- someone familiar with C++ but not Bio-Formats
This would cover the basic elements of the API and go into more detail regarding specific idioms and methodologies used in this library.
