@wmoore commented during testing on 12-03-14 : It is very laborious to have to fill in the names of your datasets or images into the csv which you are attaching. It should be fairly easy to create a script, which digests all the image names in your dataset, creates a csv and attaches it to the dataset (analogically for Projects/Dataset?). This script should be part of the OMERO.csvtools. After the user have created such csv via the above mentioned script, he can edit it before he runs the present OMERO.csvtools functionality.
