Description (last modified by wmoore)
As in the title vertical scrollbar of project's tree is not working properly (Screen shot - On start).
After resizing Project container scrollbar becomes active (Screen shot - Changed width).
This is related to a bunch of other issues with the Users & Groups dropdown menu, particularly
when there are a large number of Groups/Users?.
Also this menu is unusable on tablets (requires hover).
Will try to address all this issues in one go.

Hi Will,
I'm using Chrome 33.0.1750.152 and OMERO OMERO.web 5.0.0. Scrolling works correctly for me but scroll bar itself not. I cannot drag it at all unless I resize the tree container. When I hover over the scroll bar it's the "group_user_chooser" that gets highlighted.

I can't seem to reproduce this issue. The only time I see the difference between the "light" and "dark" scrollbar in Chrome as in the screenshots is when I'm hovering over the scrollbar it goes dark. I don't see any change when re-sizing the left panel.
Scroll seems to work in either case.
Any more info? Chrome version, OMERO version etc?
