Bug: ImageJ exporter only runs once

Description

To reproduce:

  • File->New create new image (8 bit)
  • Plugins->Bio-Formats exporter (save OME-TIFF)
  • Close image
  • File->New create second image (8 bit)
  • Plugins->Bio-Formats exporter

The second time the exporter is started, nothing happens and ImageJ freezes. Needs killing by hand since it won't quit.
