To make use of the OMERO IJ plugin as easy as that of Bio-Formats, OMERO needs an update site as well on http://fiji.sc/List_of_update_sites

Note that I am currently in the process of creating an OMERO-5.0 update site. I made the wiki user "OMERO-5.0" already, but ran into a technical issue when creating the update site. Haven't had time to iron it out yet. But it will exist within another 1-2 weeks. The main purpose will be to serve the ImageJ-OMERO interoperability library, but we could also serve the OMERO.insight-based plugin from it rather easily.
All of this depends on knowing which OMERO JARs are best/needed to distribute via the site, and from which Jenkins job(s) to download them. @jamoore, I'll need your help with that part.
