(In [c3a0d4ab6288f058bed01525097abea978433c86/bioformats.git] on branch develop) Switch labels and choices in "Swap dimensions" dialog

By setting the labels to be the dimension name instead of the plane
count, we can guarantee that the labels (and thus the macro keys) will
be unique.
