BUG: Drag-and-drop movement in the data tree broken

Description

In the course of testing OMERO.insight-5.0.1-760-eb249f9-ice33-b644-win Windows 8 user-3 read-annotate-1 found that drag and drop movement of files in the data tree is broken.

Cursor animates as expected, just no action.

What is broken? I will need more information to tackle the issues.

@jburel - dragging files from one dataset to another gave the expected animation of the icon to a movement icon and the + icon, but when dropped, the dragged files did not move to the new dataset.
