BUG: Mismatch of toolbar and right-click menu cut and copy.

Description
Testing web PR https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/2430 - aimed at bringing Insight and Web into line - had to compare Web and !nsight cut and copy menus.
Used Insight OMERO.insight-5.1.0-m0.2-526-aeda6fa-ice35-b153-mac on trout user-3 read-annotate-1
When an orphaned dataset is selected in Insight
- the toolbar gives the Copy option and Cut is greyed out
- the right-click menu gives the Edit > Cut option but the copy option is greyed out
