Description

OMETiffReader.getDomains() returns an array that contains the SPW domain string, but not all OME-TIFF files actually contain SPW metadata. This results in images from non-SPW files ending up under "Orphaned Images"; see ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/1090.

It would be best if the number of Plates could be checked in addition to the domain string, so that non-SPW data is not incorrectly detected.
