Especially if we are going to migrate auto-import.py to the OmeroFS component, a few cleanup tasks would be useful:
Enable for Windows 2008(DONE in 5.0.2)- Possibly change file names ("XP", and "10.5")
flake8 code and enable checks(DONE in 5.1.0-m2)- make pip-installable
