Description
Seems that Insight and Web have different criteria for deciding whether a Dataset is an Orphan. In web, if the Dataset is in ANY Project then it is not considered to be an orphan. In Insight, if the Dataset is in a Project owned by someone else (or maybe the link is owned by someone else) then it is shown as an Orphaned Dataset. This leads to different views in the clients (see screenshot). Dataset doesn't show up under User-12 in web because it is in a Project owned by User-9.
Not sure whether we prefer the behaviour of web or insight?!
Once we decide on a behaviour we can fix the appropriate client.

I think let us go for the behaviour like it is in Insight. Such a behaviour does not hide from user-12 his own Datasets (he might not realise the dataset is under user-9's project). The only drawback of such access might be the danger of attempted delete - which would delete both datasets - we have to have proper warning for this (just like we have for images linked to other Datasets). ATM there is just a standard warning in Insight when user-12 is deleting the dataset).
@rkferguson what is your opinion ?
