RFE: Show right-hand pane multiselection

Description

In Web, in Read-Only group (probably in all situations as well where annotation of other users data is not allowed).

  • put another user(s) to display
  • select one image of another user -> the right-hand pane is visible
  • select 2 or more images of another user -> the right-hand pane is blank

Suggestion: Show the right-hand pane in all cases, irrespective of whether one or more images are selected.
Even when no annotation is allowed, the right-hand pane has very valuable info (links to use for OMERO.figure, ownership of the data etc.)
