Bug in BF supported formats table file extensions

Description

Andrew has noticed this afternoon that there is a slight bug in the way the autogenerated docs are producing the supported file formats table. Every format that doesn't have a file extension listed is entered in the table with the same extensions as the format listed above it in the source list.
