ZeissLSMReader's 16 bit lookup table never returns properly

Description

So first of all, get16BitLookupTable depends on validChannels being set.. which is a private field that is never set, so I don't think it's possible to return a 16 bit lookup table right now.

Second, even if validChannels were set, it actually ignores any attached lut and builds a linear ramp.
