Description
Looks like a regression of #9564. Scrolling in and out of the image, the zoom is relative to the top-left corner of the image, as opposed to the centre of the viewport. Exactly as described in #9564.
Left #9564 as maybe it was fixed then, and creeped back in somehow, or browser versions changed etc.

As far as I know, #9564 was never fixed. Maybe it got closed by an errant commit message, but the commit url is 404, so I don't know what happened. Will try to fix anyway....
