Bug: xsd-fu is using an ancient version of generateDS

We're using a patched version of 1.18c. Current is 2.12d. It might be worth updating so that we can take advantage of upstream improvements and to also allow us to push needed changes back. We would need to

• firstly update generateds
• rework and reapply any changes not pushed upstream
• make the python model objects work with the new generateDS internals

Now we factored out the model objects into separate modules, this won't be quite as daunting as is was previously.
