BUG: Hang in Image from ROI script on other user's data- ?permissions related

Description
Testing https://github.com/ome/scripts/pull/88 using OMERO.insight-5.1.0-m0.3-1281-a152c4f-ice34-b211-mac trout user-3 and user-5 read-annotate-1
No problem with PR test but ?permissions related bug found:
As user-3 (member) drew ROI on image owned by user-5 (owner) image (in read-annotate-1) - Image from ROI hung - failed to complete and did not generate error message - had to cancel.
As user-3 (member) on on ROI drawn by user-5 (member) on user-3 data - fails as above.
As user-5 (owner) on ROI drawn by user-3 (member) on user-3 data - works fine
As user-5 (owner) on ROI drawn by user-5 (owner) on user-3 data - works fine
