Bug: AnalyzeReader does not support little-endian image files

Reported by: rleigh Owned by: mlinkert
Priority: minor Milestone: 5.1.0-m3
Component: Bio-Formats Version: 5.0.2

Description

See: https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/issues/1222

The reader checks for big/little endianness in the isThisType magic check, but does not set bigEndian in the core metadata in initFile.

Is it possible to simply set this properly in initFile using the same logic as in isThisType, or is the problem more complex than this?
