Data model: Support image grouping for tiling

Description
The data model should support common image grouping scenarios such as tiling.
This could be a higher-level container of Image or a higher level element which references related images.
It will be essential to be able to transform each image into a common coordinate system for visualisation; this also ties into Damir Sudar's (and others') requests to be able to use transforms, and to be able to attach them to various parts of the data model tree.
This may be related to the existing support for Fields in SPW.xsd, or a generalisation of the existing support.
Readers which currently treat unrelated image and related images as independent series will need to be updated to group tiled images.
