Bug: GSD Leica .lif files have incorrect series counts and offsets

Description
See http://lists.openmicroscopy.org.uk/pipermail/ome-users/2014-September/004786.html and file in leica-lif/ian. I can confirm that the larger series look incorrect with current develop branch; this will need to be checked carefully against LAS AF Lite (which hopefully can open the GSD files correctly).
