Add Session.agent to log4j output

Description
Would be helpful if (at least our) clients filled the Session.agent field on session creation. Need to discuss the best way to hard-code / pass this information. Currently only possible via ISession.update(session) (not good)
Then each log line could include the agent, and possibly later (with SSL) the IP address.
