BUG: Units recount wrong for sample image

Description
In Insight, ROI Tool.
- import https://github.com/qidane/bioformats/blob/3b610d810f966749ddc751ad16a5e8ab44178dff/components/specification/samples/develop/6x4y1z1t1c8b-swatch-instrument-units-none.ome
- check that the units in the right-hand pane of Insight say Pixel Size (XY) mm 10x10
- check that the size of the image is 6 x 4 pixels
- means that the image is 60 mm high and 40 mm wide
- Open ROI Tool, draw a line accross the whole height of the image
- The line shows lenght of 30 micrometers
