Emoticons in description can be unexpected

Description

In the web client the automatic emoticon usage in Image descriptions can be unexpected and present an unreadable result. For example, T:(2 7 1) has an "unhappy face" inserted in the middle of the string when this wasn't the intention.

The emoticons can be useful they're just not in this particular case.
