ZEN's S-Index (Scene) and M-Index (Tile) order in not preserved in Bioformats.
For the example file: QA10379:
Image1: S=0 M=0
Image2: S=0 M=1
Image3: S=1 M=0
Image4: S=1 M=1
but opening with Bioformats results in:
Image1: S=0 M=0
Image2: S=1 M=0
Image3: S=0 M=1
Image4: S=1 M=1
