Add ClusterNode. or IAdmin.shutdownIn(long milliseconds)

Description
The server should be able to completely shut itself down. Important, however, is that if it just calls OmeroContext.closeAll() then icegridnode will immediately restart it, so node shutdown X must be called on an IceGrid admin session for a complete shutdown.
