In http://help.openmicroscopy.org/imagej.html.
The screenshot showing the LOCI Tools shouild be Bioformats Package.
Also possible references to LOCI Tools in the text should be replaced like this.

You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
The loci tools stuff is for 4.4.x - the 5.x section references bioformats_package.jar instead.
Also, can you report issues like this on Trello or as a github issue on the help repo in future please, we're trying to move away from Trac for docs related stuff. Thanks!
