Bug: web plate deletion recovers no disk space

In web on develop, when I delete a plate the options on the submitted Delete request include /Image=KEEP, ensuring that all of the well sample images are retained, so no actual files are deleted; they subsequently appear as orphaned images. This /Image=KEEP is counterproductive and ought not be sent.
(Also, if I click the "also delete any annotations...", it still seems to be including options, /TermAnnotation=KEEP, /FileAnnotation=KEEP, /TagAnnotation=KEEP; I don't know if that's a feature.)

I have no idea why we have /Image='KEEP' . Chris might know?

After discussion with Josh, it turns out that I wasn't misunderstanding the old-style options after all, so passing to Will to adjust the deleteChildren setting.

Question for web gateway people: Why is /Image=KEEP being passed for plate deletion? What's the intended consequence?
