BUG: Insight Left Pane disappears

Description
Using OMERO.insight-5.1.0-m3-1226-aa54c09-ice35-b415-win for screenshots on trout latest Windows 8 running in Parallels.
With an image selected in the left pane - added a map annotation - went out to Safari and signed in as different user in Web client and added another map annotation to same image.
Went back to Insight in Windows and the left hand pane has collapsed/completely disappeared and not possible to bring it back/re-expand it.

Have just reviewed my screenshots and the collapse actually happened before I went to Safari and added another map annotation - it has happened already in the screenshot after first key-value pair had been added.
