Description

Import using Insight
test_images_broken/broken_images_scenario

The import will fail as expected.
The first message after "Submit All" suggests I should use a different route for file submission when dealing with HCS data.
But if I go ahead "still wanting to submit the error", at the end of successful submission the dialog says "the files have beeen successfully submitted". It wants to say "log files have been submitted", but I get wrong message thinking this is about the HCS files I tried to import.
