RFE: Move dialog Web

Description
When the user is member of just 2 groups, when moving dataset from one group to another.
The user is confronted with a dialog which says:
Move data owned by user-5 user-5 to Group...
below which there is just one group listed.

When OK is clicked, nothing happens (but the button is not greyed out).
2 suggestions :
A) Change the text to something like
Select the group to move the data to
which would be helpful even when one group is on display, as the user would get a strong hint that he must select.
B) Grey out the OK button until the selection is made. Alternatively, do not grey out the button but pop up a warning saying "Select the Group first" or similar.
