BUG: Insight-ij and import

Reported by: pwalczysko Owned by: jburel
Priority: major Milestone: 5.1.1
Component: Insight Version: 5.1.0
Keywords: ImageJ plugin Cc: ux@…
Resources: n.a. Referenced By: n.a.
References: n.a. Remaining Time: n.a.
Sprint: n.a.

Description

When

  • open image from OMERO using the plugin
  • create a crop
  • use Upload and Save option to upload the cropped image to omero
  • in the import dialog, select an existing Project or create a new project
  • do not select any Dataset, leave the option "New From Folder"
  • click import - importer gets stuck

I suspect this is because the logic which is implemented is asking for the folder from which the image is coming from. As there is no such thing (image was opened from OMERO), the plugin gets stuck.
Tested in Fiji with the latest bio-formats-plugins.jar and insigh-ij plugin from merge.
